We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your vacation-ready essentials arrive safely.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind the quality of our summer dresses, swimwear, shoes, and accessories. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right with a refund or exchange—because your satisfaction is what makes our sunny collection shine.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

• Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• Packaging: Original packaging preferred
• Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Underwear & Intimates (for hygiene reasons)
• Socks (unless packaging is unopened)
• Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
• Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return or Exchange

2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible.

5. Processing: Once received, we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Amount: Original purchase price minus any shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
