All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel that item from your order or offer you an alternative product.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Underwear & Intimates
• Socks (unless packaging is unopened)
• Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
• Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to shipment.

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you during checkout.

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after shipping)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

4.3 Customs and Import Duties

You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility as we have no control over them.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging when possible.

5.2 Return Process

5.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The original purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded to your original payment method.

For exchanges, indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference. If lower, we’ll refund the difference.
